Mary’s HR and recruitment experience traces back to her former position as CEO of Pomerantz Staffing and RTR Advertising. In this position, she helped build Pomerantz Staffing into one of the top 20 privately held staffing firms in the United States. She has also received a Master of Human Resource Management degree from Rutgers University and her SPHR designation from the Society for Human Resource Management. In addition to her HR educational background, Mary has also been heavily involved in the HR professional community, including a leadership role on the Garden State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management. This extensive background in recruitment advertising and HR strategies helps to keep the entire MPA team on the cutting-edge of the latest recruitment trends and strategies, enabling our clients to keep one step ahead of the competition in the quest for talent.
