Assisting President with calendar management, meeting scheduling, etc.

Researching and compliing data regarding print and media pricing, media plan development, recommendations, presentation preparation, request for proposals, etc.

Corresponding with media and clients; must be persistent in order to meet set deadlines
-
Assisting with negotiating pricing with printers/media
-
Creating/formatting Excel spreadsheets with media plan recommendations and pricing
-
Responding to inquiries and requests as requested
-
Assisting with high volume inbound and outbound calls
-
Researching current trends regarding print/digital marketing and advertising
-
Additional marketing/administrative duties as needed
