Rutgers University needed a multimedia advertising campaign to help recruit students for their world-class Master of Human Resource Management program. MPA Recruitment Marketing designed and executed an extremely successful campaign utilizing billboards, Internet banner ads, transit advertising, social media marketing and more.
We helped Toll Brothers consistently incorporate their "Top Workplace" designation into their recruitment advertising, branding them as a preferred employer among potential job applicants. This helped to separate them from their competitors in the home building sector.
We worked with NJ Transit to develop a strong recruitment brand that could be used across a diverse array of advertising media from print to outdoor advertising to niche pieces such as sandwich bags in local delis. Lourdes Health System
We helped Lourdes Health System develop a fresh, new recruitment campaign, including a new tagline, original images of actual employees (which we shot ourselves) and polished text. We then helped them spread their ads over a wide variety of media for maximum results.
The website that we developed for Suburban Propane included a variety of value-added features, such as a unique and easily memorable “jobs” domain and detailed information regarding company history and culture.
We used Drupal to develop this site, which enabled the Suburban Propane staff to easily post jobs and make other changes to the site on their own.
Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories needed an employee on-boarding video that effectively exhibited their values, company culture and work environment.
